Professor Toni Tarantini, a workshop on Animation and Story Telling – SXILL Arena Chandigarh
The Speaker for the workshop was a senior professor (Bachelor of Animation) of Sheridan College, Canada. He has also been a visiting faculty to some of the top notch colleges across the world.
Ms. Neelu Kapoor, director of SXILL Arena Chandigarh, Sector 17, Chandigarh, felicitated Professor Toni Tarantini for the special workshop by introducing the speaker and the topic of the workshop, “Animation Production – Design, Layout and Compositing” to the students.
The three day workshop concluded on 29th Oct., 2018. Professor Toni Tarantini shared his knowledge with the students about the production pipeline in detail.
He also introduced the participants with challenges in the production of an animation movie with some of the secret industry tips to optimize the production and make it a success at large. His professional attitude depicted in his presentation with a workbook of around 25 pages which was given to each student for the exercises to perform at different stages and with his PPT presentation having best of the videos regarding the pre-production, production and post-production. The presentation gave an insight to production pipeline of any animation production.
In-between the presentation, time to time he gave guidance about the different jobs and the roles in the same.
At the end of the workshop, students gave their feedback, how they were benefited by the workshop.
