Chandigarh clocks all India highest growth during 2009
Arena Chandigarh clocked the highest growth rate all across India and became the only centre across the country to have a 1 on 1 growth rate. The astounding growth of over 100% was achieved due to the high academic standards (for which it was again given an award) as well as student growth centric approach. The overall system is designed to allow talent to achieve their best with inputs from the experts from time to time. The Centre won separate awards for billing, collection and growth during 2009.
The Centre within just one year has become the main destination of students seeking the BSc Degree in multimedia and animation. The valuable additions made by Arena Chandigarh to the course have been instrumental in raising the standard of the students above the normal animation students. This years students worked on movies, research, acting, and attended seminars to improve their worth.
With students coming from as far as Bangalore, Jaipur, Dehradun, Nainital, Delhi besides towns and cities of Punjab (Rajpura, Bhatinda, Moga, Ludhiana, Mohali, Patiala, Faridkot, Hoshiarpur, Ferozepur, Amritsar) Himachal (Shimla, Mandi, Solan, Kulu Manali, Nahan, Dharamshala, Dalhousie) and Haryana (Ambala, Jagadari, Yamuna Nagar, Narwana, Kaithal).
