Arena 17 Participates in International Trade Fair
Arena Animation, Sector 17, Chandigarh became the first Indian Institute ever to participate in an International Trade Fair, when it participated as an Exhibitor at ACE Fair, 2016, Gwangju, South Korea. This Fair was held from 22-25 September 2016 at Gwangju. Neelu Kapoor became the first Arena Centre Head in India to take part in the International Fair. She was welcomed by Dana Kim, the Fair Co-ordinator at the Exhibition on behalf of ACE Fair, on a Korea Government Invitation.
Neelu Kapoor, Centre Head, Arena 17, told us,”It was exciting to receive an Invitation from the Government of Gwangju to participate in ACE Fair as a part of Indian Delegation. We have always looked forward to participating in an Event of such scale and magnitude to allow us to understand the macro view of how things in this Industry Work”.
“I have experienced first hand the way media is headed, especially how Virtual Reality is now ready to take over as the next storytelling medium”. She added, “The various international contacts I have developed here would work hand in hand with us over the next few years to help us evolve our delivery beyond the normal spectrum.”
